Introduction to Project Management

This course is an entry level two day course into Project

Management designed for people who have no experience of Project Management but would like a career change in it.  It presents a simple and practical approach for managing projects, one that strips away bureaucracy yet retains vital control. Using this method enables delegates to maintain control over many projects, determining facts about progress, planning, risks, issues and achievements. They will gain assurance that the right products are being produced, to time and cost targets, and will become aware of problems at an early stage.  They will also be able to tailor the planning top meet the requirement of the project and the environment they are working in.  They will also have a better understanding of the kind of tools they will need to use during project management.
